- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems
- Maintain internal control for receipt of revenue, costs, program budgets and actual expenditures
- Coordinate all audit activity
- Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in the annual budgeting and planning process
- Oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting
- Manage organizational cash flow and analyze GL activity
- Prepares adjusting, month-end and year-end closing journal entries
- BA in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA is a plus)
- experience with GAAP standards
- experience with ERP systems- MIP is a plus
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
