Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control plant costs, including direct materials, labor, and overhead.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis for cost and inventory.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital and ensure accurate valuations.
- Work closely with production teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and internal controls.
- Collaborate with plant management to forecast and budget for future financial needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant-based financial role.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
