- 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years in a Controller role.
- Extensive experience in high-revenue construction companies ($500m preferred).
- CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of job costing, WIP schedules, and project-based accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, CMiC, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and manage audits, tax planning, and internal controls.
- Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to drive financial strategy and operational efficiency.
- Lead cash flow management, cost analysis, and financial risk assessments.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems and accounting processes.
- Oversee a team of accounting professionals, providing leadership and mentorship.
