What You’ll Do
- Analyze and monitor project costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure accurate reporting and control.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to track budgets, forecasts, and variances.
- Prepare financial reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and project efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
