- Analyze financial statements, including income statements, to assess creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits for borrowers.
- Conduct thorough credit investigations, reviewing financial history, credit reports, and other relevant data.
- Develop and maintain strong credit risk assessment models.
- Prepare clear, concise credit reports with recommendations for loan approvals, denials, or adjustments.
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify potential credit risks.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field a
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar credit analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a must).
- Experience with credit risk assessment software a plus.
