- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including payroll, tax provisions, invoicing, and month-end close.
- Lead the monthly and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage annual external audits and act as the main point of contact for auditors and tax advisors.
- Drive improvements in accounting systems, reporting accuracy, and close timelines.
- Support multi-entity forecasting and budgeting, delivering insights to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and lead multi-entity consolidations.
- Strengthen internal controls and support strategic finance initiatives under the VP of FP&A.
- CPA required; Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of accounting/finance experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Public accounting foundation with private industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
