- Oversee Accounting Department – Manage A/P, A/R, Payroll, Cash Management, and accounting staff

- Cash Flow & Collections – Spearhead cash collection campaigns and oversee daily banking transactions
- Strategic Financial Planning – Prepare and manage annual budgets, review financial projections, and participate in tax planning
- Public-Private Finance Closings – Support complex financing deals and understand funding conditions
- Document Review – Summarize project agreements, loan documents, and funding conditions
- Internal Controls & Compliance – Enhance internal policies and oversee external audits and tax filings
- Collaboration – Work closely with senior leadership on CSP’s development, construction, advisory, and property management initiatives
- Software & Systems Oversight – Manage Sage 300 accounting software and ensure system updates/upgrades
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8 of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in development/real estate accounting and/or construction accounting a plus
- Strong financial analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Sage 300 experience preferred
- Full-time, salaried position – Compensation based on experience
- In-person work preferred to foster collaboration and problem-solving
- Some flexibility for hybrid arrangements

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
