- Full oversight of all accounting functions including supervising the team
- The Director of Finance will be heavy into the planning and implementation of new policies and procedures
- Interdisciplinary work into capital projects
- Cash flow management
- Special projects (such as working with banking partners)
- Oversight of the revenue cycle management and payor contract management
- Assist with annual budget
- Analysis, reporting, tax filings and working with external audit at year end
- Additional duties as assigned
- BS Accounting, CPA is a plus
- Experienced leader within a healthcare environment with prior exposure to revenue cycle
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
