- The Director of Internal Audit will reform financial audits to assess compliance with technical accounting and financial reporting guidance
- The Director of Internal Audit will assist to develop and execute test plans that asses the design and operating effectiveness of controls
- The Director of Internal Audit will provide audit and liaison assistance to independent auditors in the performance of their external audits of financial statements
- The Director of Internal Audit will research technical accounting as needed
- The Director of Internal Audit will mentor, train and have a large team to supervise
- Help prepare Audit Committee meeting materials
- Use technology to improve the effectiveness of the audit function
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years in public accounting and auditing leadership position
- SOX/Operational audit objectives
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Self-starter, with strong organizational skills, able to work independently and solution-oriented
- Demonstrates motivation and teamwork in a dynamic, multi-cultural business environment.
