What You’ll Own & Drive
- Full P&L ownership – Dive deep into financial statements, providing critical insights and recommendations.
- Financial planning & analysis – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support business growth.
- Reporting & decision support – Deliver actionable financial reports and present key findings to senior leadership.
- Variance analysis – Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize performance.

- 5 years of financial analysis experience, with a strong grasp of FP&A.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Expert-level Excel skills – You know your way around complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Experience preparing and presenting financial reports to leadership.
