- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies
- Report directly to executive leadership on financial performance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
