Our client is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead their company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. This role will partner with business leaders to deliver insights, drive strategic decisions, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities For FP&A Manager
- Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including KPIs, dashboards, and variance analyses.
- Analyze financial data, business trends, and operating results, providing executive-level insights.
- Conduct financial modeling, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses to support decision-making.
- Support M&A, financing, and other strategic projects with financial analysis and valuation.
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 4 years in FP&A or related roles, including 3 years in management.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
