Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create strategic hiring plans
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Design and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and workplace culture
- Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure continuous improvement
- Assist in managing employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support performance management efforts, including documentation and coaching processes
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources
- Solid understanding of general HR principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
