Key Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, policy development, and employee relations
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll support, and compensation strategies
• Maintain and optimize the ADP Workforce Now HRIS system
• Partner with leadership to develop employee training and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements
• Guide and support managers on performance management and HR best practices
• Drive culture-building initiatives, employee recognition programs, and professional development efforts
  
  

What You Bring

• 7 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills—ability to connect with employees at all levels
• Experience with union labor relations is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and a strategic mindset
