- Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, policy development, and employee relations
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll support, and compensation strategies
- Maintain and optimize the ADP Workforce Now HRIS system
- Partner with leadership to develop employee training and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements
- Guide and support managers on performance management and HR best practices
- Drive culture-building initiatives, employee recognition programs, and professional development efforts
- 7 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—ability to connect with employees at all levels
- Experience with union labor relations is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and a strategic mindset
