Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization's entire IT environment, ensuring efficiency, security, and reliability.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, network systems, and Office 365 administration.
- Lead IT support services, including customer service/help desk operations.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business needs.
- Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource utilization.
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent education/experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, including:
- Project management
- Business applications
- Customer service/help desk support
- Server administration
- Office 365 administration
- Network administration
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading IT teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with leadership.
