- Manage and review U.S. international tax compliance engagements, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8991 (GILTI), 8992, 8993 (FDII), and 1118.
- Advise clients on inbound and outbound structuring, foreign tax credits, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, and FDII rules.
- Conduct tax research and prepare technical memos to support planning strategies and compliance positions.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior tax staff and help develop their technical skills.
- Collaborate with partners and other managers to deliver comprehensive tax solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor changes in international tax legislation and inform clients on potential impacts.
- Assist in IRS and other tax authority examinations related to international tax issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tax projects and client communications.
- CPA or JD/LLM required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
- 6 years of relevant experience in U.S. international taxation, preferably in public accounting or a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of international provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and U.S. tax treaties.
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
