Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve the current inventory accounting processes.
- Develop and implement guidelines and controls for inventory reconciliation and management.
- Collaborate with the inventory operations team to perform reconciliations and monthly counts.
- Conduct cost analysis and assist with organizing and streamlining inventory data.
- Support accounts payable by setting up wire transfers during the prepayment period for suppliers in China and Taiwan.
- At least 3 years of inventory accounting experience within a small manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in cleaning up inventory systems and creating processes for accounting accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with Sage, QuickBooks is a plus.
- The opportunity to build and improve accounting processes from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience with inventory reconciliation and cost analysis.
- Exposure to a planned software upgrade.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
