🔧 What You'll Do:

• Take full ownership of the inventory control process—this is your show to run!
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and flow
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies
• Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to support company growth
• Help implement systems and processes to scale with our growing business
  
  

✅ What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on inventory control experience (this isn’t your first rodeo)
• A track record of improving inventory processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and solve issues quickly
• Solid vendor management and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Degree not required—experience, initiative, and results are what count
