Key Responsibilities
- Client Presentations & Marketing: Draft presentation decks, pitches, and marketing materials using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to support prospective client engagements.
- Confidential Memoranda: Write detailed, confidential information memoranda outlining key transaction insights.
- Industry & Market Research: Conduct industry research, comparable company analyses (both transaction and public), and buyer research to provide actionable insights.
- Buyer Lists & Market Outreach: Develop targeted buyer lists and market active deals to potential buyers.
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Enter and analyze financial data, including creating and maintaining financial models such as discounted cash flow (DCF) and leveraged buyout (LBO) analyses.
- Client Relationship Management: Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, supporting marketing efforts and deal execution.
- Client Meetings & Conferences: Attend client meetings, industry conferences, and relevant training sessions to build your expertise and network.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Manage and mentor junior resources, providing guidance and support on tasks and professional development.
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Solid understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Previous experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields is a plus.
