Key Responsibilities Of The IT Business Analyst
- Evaluate current business workflows to uncover opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency through automation
- Data Consolidation & Analysis: Gathering data from various sources, cleaning, and transforming it into actionable insights.
- Process Automation: Skilled in leveraging programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA) and advanced Excel features (macros, pivot tables, Power Query) to automate business processes.
- Real-Time Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing issues quickly and deploying timely fixes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Cross-functional communication to align IT solutions with business goals.
- Documentation & Reporting: Expertise in documenting process flows and creating detailed reports for leadership.
- Technical Support: Providing level 2/3 support, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolutions.
- Experience automating and improving workflows & business processes
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Experience with Power Automate
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Effective communication skills and comfortable working with stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience and knowledgeable using AI tools
- Experience with HelpSpot CRM
- Experience with SAP ERP system
- Experience with SQL Server database and SQL queries
- Exposure to Python and/or JavaScript
