Location: Winona Lake, Indiana (on-site with some flexibility in schedule and remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and goals, driving innovative technology solutions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a collaborative IT team, fostering professional growth in a Christ-centered environment.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, cybersecurity, cloud services, ERP systems, and data reporting tools.
• Ensure IT operations adhere to regulatory standards, data privacy laws, and institutional policies.
• Oversee the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting strategic goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
• 10 years of IT leadership experience, with expertise in managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative teams and mentor IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data reporting, and change management.
