Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
Bonus: At least 10%
Environment: Onsite (after first 6 months then hybrid)

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT department including training, recruitment, and performance evaluation of a small team
- Work with senior management to prioritize IT initiatives while developing and implementing the IT strategy
- Maintain, upgrade, design, and perform maintenance on the company IT Infrastructure ensuring high availability of network, servers, an storage systems including data centers and cloud services
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT Security policies and procedures ensure protection of sensitive company and customer data while conducting regular security audits and risk assessments
- Oversee and manage company enterprise systems and software including maintenance, upgrades, etc
- Oversee and ensure high-quality IT support services to all company staff and departments including vendor management
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements and discuss them with senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management and is currently in an IT Management or higher role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with and managing Microsoft products including Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Windows Server, etc
- Must be experienced and well-versed in systems and networking principals including server maintenance, routing, switching, firewall management, SharePoint, InTune, Etc
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
