- Provide hardware and software support for office staff and shop floor team.
- Install and maintain computer hardware, networking, and software.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues over the phone, remote desktop, and in-person.
- Support users in the use of equipment and software by providing necessary training/advice.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets.
