Title: Network Administrator

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

The Network Administrator will be responsible for all network related items including but not limited to, ensuring a secure and available network, monitor and maintain the current network, provide end user support to company employees, maintain network hardware and software, and respond to issues quickly and efficiently. This individual must have strong communication skills, to all levels of an organization, while being proactive and being detail oriented. It is important that this individual has strong time management skills and is comfortable commuting onsite 5 days per week.

Job Responsibilities Include

• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve hardware and software issues and prioritize based on urgency
• Replicate, and backup Storage Area Networks and have a strong knowledge base of data networking
• Manage, maintain, and monitor all network aspects including firewalls, routers, switches, etc for multiple locations
• Assist in managing and maintaining companies virtual environment within VMware
• Maintain and manage voice and data communication technologies including cellular devices
• Perform proactive patch management and administration through active assessments and evaluations
• Troubleshoot and resolve various Microsoft Office 365 issues and have strong working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Exchange, and Excel
• Assist with various company wide projects related to networking and company infrastructure
• Perform inventory management for all devices including mobile devices
• Must be willing to occasionally work off hours

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience installing/supporting networking equipment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a VMware and Microsoft environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Firewalls, Routing, Switching, and VoIP
• Minimum of 3 years of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects experience
• Ample experience with Storage Area Networks
• Strong understanding of VMware and virtual environments
• Knowledgeable in wireless and mobile communications
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Must be willing to occasionally work off hours
