Payroll Accountant Responsibilities

• Process and oversee biweekly and monthly payroll for a high number of employees - ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with budgetary matters
• Maintain payroll records, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare reports.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to support payroll-related functions.

Payroll Accountant Requirements

• 3 years of payroll accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
