What You’ll Do
- Oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and variance reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for assigned properties.
- Collaborate with property managers and asset managers to resolve accounting inquiries.
- Maintain and update records in Yardi (must-have!).
- Support the year-end audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
