Position Overview: This role is responsible for managing the company’s Real Estate Portfolio including real estate leasing, property management, and the acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will lead lease negotiations, optimize real estate assets, and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and key stakeholders to support business and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities Of The Real Estate Acquisitions Manager
Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments while ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
Conduct financial and contractual reviews of leases to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Identify and assess potential property acquisitions, managing due diligence, appraisals, and agreements.
Monitor and maintain compliance with lease terms, contractual obligations, and relevant city/state regulations.
Work closely with legal teams to manage property transactions and lease-related risks.
Prepare strategic reports on leasing performance, asset utilization, and market conditions.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to align leasing initiatives with business objectives.
Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field
5 years of experience in lease negotiations, property management, or real estate operations, and 2 years supervisory experience.
Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation is a plus!
Real estate license or certification in property leasing is a plus!
