Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and compilation of consolidated financial reports (10-K, 10-Q, etc.)
• Collaborate in the consolidation-related controls and reconciliations process
• Support the XBRL/HTML review process for 10-K and 10-Q filings
• Prepare tie-outs for financial reports (10-K and 10-Q)
• Assist in the filing of certain Press Releases with the SEC
• Help prepare GAAP disclosure checklists
• Conduct technical accounting research as needed
• Assist the team with ad-hoc projects and other accounting tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA certification preferred
• A minimum of 2.5 years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting or with a large publicly traded company
• Experience working in audit with a Big 4 firm or large public accounting firm with publicly traded clients
• Experience in preparing or reviewing financial statements
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute tasks thoroughly
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general ledger applications
• In-depth knowledge of SOX, COSO standards, and risk assessment practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Salary: $90-115K base (depending on experience) 25% bonus potential
• Equity: ~50k equity offering at the beginning of each year
