- Prepare and review external financial reports (10-K, 10-Q, etc.) in Workiva in compliance with SEC regulations
- Prepare and maintain financial statement supporting workpapers
- Support quarterly and annual audits
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather data and ensure accurate reporting and disclosures
- Continuously improve reporting processes and internal controls
- Implement process improvements to streamline financial statement preparation by leveraging automated tools
- Assist other duties in the group as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Public accounting experience with a Big 4 firm highly preferred
- Experience auditing and/or working with publicly traded companies preferred
- Strong general ledger accounting skills
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Working knowledge of Workiva or NetSuite are desirable
