- Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
- Work closely with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
