- Accounts Receivable Management – Oversee AR functions, including credit evaluations, collections follow-ups, and customer communications.
- Reconciliations & Financial Reporting – Perform account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in credits, debits, and full-cycle accounting.
- Tax & Compliance Support – Collect and verify reseller certificates, assist with tax-related accounting issues, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Audit Assistance – Support day-to-day audit tasks, ensuring all financial records are accurate and readily available for review.
- Advanced Excel & Data Analysis – Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, reporting, and data management.
- Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with internal teams to identify and communicate accounting issues, supporting the overall efficiency of financial operations.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions required), ERP systems, and financial software.
