- Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable sub-ledgers.
- Maintain and monitor inventory, including raw materials and work-in-process. Oversee cycle count processes, physical inventory coordination, inventory cost roll, and utilization of excess and obsolete inventory.
- Review purchase price variance and inventory revaluation transactions. Coordinate internal indirect job tracking as needed.
- Manage fixed assets by maintaining the asset database, tracking additions and disposals, and conducting periodic inventory verification.
- Analyze job costing data, identify variances, and support reporting for operational and financial improvements.
- Assist with the month-end close process and preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support documentation and compliance requirements for letters of credit and export transactions.
- Provide cross-functional support within the accounting department, including accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting.
- Participate in finance-related projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with a concentration in accounting.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, job costing, and fixed asset accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and experienced with ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
