What You’ll Do
✔ Own the month-end process – from reconciliations to financial statement preparation
✔ Analyze & interpret financial data – provide insights that influence leadership decisions
✔ Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
✔ Collaborate cross-functionally – support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
✔ Help optimize processes – identify areas for efficiency and automation
What You Bring
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
✅ 4 years of accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations
✅ A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
✅ Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working closely with leadership
