Position Responsibilities Of The Senior Accountant
- Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- File and remit state and local sales tax returns.
- Manage fixed assets and lease accounting (ASC842).
- Collaborate with auditors and support process improvements.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues.
- Maintain knowledge of accounting practices.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of accounting experience; CPA progress preferred.
- Big 4 and Sage Intacct experience preferred.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
