Reporting directly to the Controller, this newly created role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, flexible, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities Of The Senior AP Analyst

• Manage financial, administrative, and clerical tasks to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation.
• Oversee vendor payments and expense control in compliance with company policies.
• Optimize financial transactions and systems for improved efficiency.
• Strengthen vendor and supplier relationships through prompt and accurate payments.
• Enhance and streamline the AP process while safeguarding company assets.
• Review invoices for approval before processing in the accounting system.
• Accurately job cost subcontractor and material invoices to the correct jobs and divisions.
• Process credit card transactions and reconcile monthly statements.
• Enter approved employee expense reports.
• Obtain signed lien releases and manage lease and mortgage payment tracking to ensure timely payments and reconcile additional charges.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of AP experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (required)
• Experience with Bill.com
