Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance financial performance. This role requires expertise in AI/ML solutions, financial analysis, and business intelligence tools. The candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and implement AI/ML solutions to optimize business intelligence processes.
• Execute ad-hoc SQL queries to support Operations and Financial Teams.
• Participate in the deployment and maintenance of BI databases and reporting applications.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for data collection, analysis, and utilization.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain and enhance existing BI infrastructure.
• Monitor analytics and key performance metrics to identify trends and anomalies.
• Implement new data analysis methodologies to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Review customer files to ensure data integrity and compliance with collection standards.
• Perform data profiling to detect and understand inconsistencies and irregularities.
• Generate monthly financial reports and execute financial procedures.
• Analyze financial data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Compare actual financial results with projections to assess financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for financial improvement by monitoring variances, trends, and providing actionable recommendations to management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Intelligence, or a related field required.
• 5 years of experience in a business intelligence role.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, SSRS, and Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively.
• Experience working with confidential medical information is a plus.
• Self-directed and adaptable to working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
