- Collaborate with project leadership to develop, monitor, and implement comprehensive quantity tracking and documentation
- Draft and review critical project correspondence and notices
- Conduct thorough assessments of owner and project change notices, evaluating financial and operational impacts
- Develop and manage contract provisions, focusing on subcontractor terms and conditions
- Implement robust tracking systems for Potential Change Orders (PCOs) from inception through final execution
- Manage end-to-end subcontractor payment processes, including comprehensive documentation
- Execute detailed cost and quantity evaluations for change directives
- Prepare monthly claims cost reports
- Generate internal and external cost reporting for all project change considerations
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction cost engineering, financial management, or infrastructure project cost analysis
- Advanced proficiency in cost management software platforms
- Expert-level skills in:
- Excel
- Primavera P6
- Cost estimating tools
