Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support business decisions
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial packages for Executive Leadership and key stakeholders
- Analyses of financial information and KPIs, presenting and making recommendations to stakeholders
- Review financial and operational results to budget and prior periods and identify any variances and opportunities for improvement
- Analysis for revenue, profitability, pricing, costs and contracts
- Assist with evaluating numerous potential acquisitions targets monthly
- Business case analysis to evaluate potential investments
- Corporate Development initiatives and strategic planning
- Post acquisition integration work
- ROI/NPV, ad hoc analysis, financial modeling
- Assist with the accounting close with external accounting firm and building the finance & accounting function internally
- Assist with leadership and BOD presentations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- 3 years of Accounting/Audit/Finance related work
- Public Accounting/Audit or Consulting experience
- Experience in Audit, Accounting, Mergers, Acquisitions, Advisory, Transaction Services, Due Diligence, and/or Deals, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and draw key insights
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
