- Perform monthly product costing variance analysis and price volume mix analysis for key product categories.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for product categories, benchmarking sales, costs, and margins.
- Prepare and analyze factory dashboards to support decision-making.
- Own and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity across tools such as AARO, Planful, M3 ERP, and QlikView.
- Assist in reporting metrics and results to corporate headquarters.
- Educate internal stakeholders on financial performance metrics and dashboards.
- Take on special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics (Master’s degree a plus).
- 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial acumen.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or M3.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
