- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to evaluate cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and monitor financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation and reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP , Power BI, and SQL.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
