Overview

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is partnering with a leading privately held manufacturing company in the Clarskville area to recruit an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Analyst. This position plays a critical role in driving data-driven decisions by delivering high-level financial insights, forecasting accuracy, and operational support across business units.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Perform complex financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning
• Analyze operational and financial performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements
• Develop and present dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level financial reports
• Support strategic initiatives, including pricing analysis, capital investment reviews, and cost optimization
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and Accounting to deliver actionable financial insights
• Enhance and automate reporting tools and processes for greater efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
• 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities
