Pay: $75,000 – $90,000 Performance Bonus

Location: Nashville area (Hybrid flexibility)

What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior Financial Analyst:

• Building and refining financial models
• Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Analyzing performance and identifying trends
• Supporting strategic planning with meaningful data
• Creating dashboards and presentations for leadership
• Collaborating with teams across the business
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 4 years in a financial analysis or corporate finance role
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• A knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Confidence to speak up, challenge ideas, and recommend solutions
