What You’ll Do
- Analyze performance metrics and operational data to uncover trends, optimize costs, and drive accountability.
- Serve as the primary financial partner to plant leadership, connecting daily decisions with long-term financial outcomes.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and support strategic planning for both facilities.
- Develop financial models to evaluate investments, process improvements, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product costing, capital initiatives, and special projects.
- Present monthly financial performance updates to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
- Oversee routine cost accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Continuously assess and improve financial controls and internal processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or cost accounting—ideally in a manufacturing setting
- Strong working knowledge of standard cost systems and plant operations
- Ability to synthesize data into clear, compelling business insights
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; comfortable handling large datasets
- Proven leadership experience, with a collaborative and hands-on approach
- High level of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a growing, fast-changing environment
