What You’ll Do
- Lead month- and quarter-end revenue close and billing processes related to restricted funding.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and oversee journal entries for grants-related revenue.
- Maintain detailed schedules for revenue types, accounts receivable, and grant reconciliations.
- Oversee billing operations and collections; respond to internal and external inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide reporting and analysis on budget vs. actuals, track grant receivables, and support cash forecasting.
- Reconcile data between ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and CRM systems.
- Support audits and prepare documentation for grant compliance and reporting.
- Contribute to system enhancements and cross-functional projects, including accounting system upgrades.
- Assist in training staff and ensuring best practices in grant administration.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years of experience in nonprofit or government finance environments.
- Strong experience working with restricted funding and full grant life cycle.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MATCH, filters).
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate and collaborate within complex organizational structures.
