Senior Manager of External Reporting

What You’ll Do

• Lead SEC Reporting: Manage the preparation and filing of 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and 11-K reports, including footnote disclosures.
• Accounting Research: Stay ahead of evolving SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP updates to ensure compliance.
• Global Equity Plan Oversight: Handle all associated accounting for a company with a significant international workforce across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
• Project Work: Support ad hoc accounting projects and initiatives from leadership.
• Future Growth: While this role doesn’t have direct reports initially, the goal is to build out the team with at least one future direct report.
  
  

What You Bring

• Public & Industry Mix: 4-5 years in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional preferred) plus 2-3 years of industry experience.
• SEC Expertise: Strong experience preparing and managing SEC filings and U.S. GAAP reporting.
• Systems Knowledge: Experience with SAP and consolidations using HFP to EPM.
• Outgoing & Communicative: This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll need to be comfortable interacting with leadership and effectively advocating for your work.
