Key Responsibilities Of The Senior Revenue Accountant
- The Senior Revenue Accountant will prepare and maintain revenue recognition documentation in compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 842.
- The Senior Revenue Accountant will generate and analyze sales and revenue-related financial reports for management and the commercial team.
- The Senior Revenue Accountant will oversee A/R, Deferred Revenue, Allowances, and related accounts.
- Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and quarterly disclosures.
- Assist with external audits, tax return preparation, and compliance with internal financial controls.
- The Senior Revenue Accountant will be responsible for sales commission accounting and reconciliation with payroll.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Required).
- Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
