- Oversee and review complex tax engagements including high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, and trusts.
- Lead client relationships and serve as a key advisor on strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting matters.
- Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to current tax laws and best practices.
- Supervise and mentor tax managers, seniors, and staff across engagements.
- Conduct in-depth technical research and review supporting memoranda.
- Assist partners in business development, proposal efforts, and client onboarding.
- Monitor industry and legislative changes and communicate implications to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to internal initiatives around innovation, quality control, and process efficiency.
- CPA required. JD/LLM or MST preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 8 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
- Demonstrated success managing client engagements and staff.
- Expertise in federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem) and Microsoft Office.
- High level of initiative, integrity, and professionalism.
Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
