- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure alignment with job qualifications.
- Plan and manage screening calls, phone, and in-person interviews.
- Maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams to provide updates.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and policies.
- Analyze hiring trends and anticipate future talent needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
- Source candidates using various platforms and networks.
- Advertise job openings and partner with employment agencies, colleges, and industry groups.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
- Perform background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings.
- Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and share insights with stakeholders.
- Assist with special HR projects, open enrollment, and other duties as needed.
- 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience seeking talent and assisting with onboarding
- ADP experience preferred

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
