- Our client, a leading organization in their field is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the dynamic Treasury department. This department is responsible for managing funds, resolving issues, researching transactions, reviewing positive pay, and managing client receivables. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The treasury group defines themselves as a lively, outgoing group that creates a great atmosphere in a remote setting.
- Reporting to the Director of Treasury
- The Senior Treasury Analyst will monitor cash receipts and process ACH transactions for a large volume of clients.
- Ensure timely application of payments by tracking incoming wires.
- Address and research inquiries sent to the treasury inbox.
- The Senior Treasury Analyst will prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Resolve and review client escalations.
- Verify ACH uploads.
- The Senior Treasury Analyst will serve as a back up to all members of the Treasury team.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies between company and bank records.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3-5 years minimum with similar job duties
- Banking with back end ACH files/escalations experience highly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills in large data sets
- Automation of Treasury processes
Salary : $93,000 - $116,000
