The Workday Analyst serves as a key technical and functional expert, overseeing external contracted project resources and ensuring successful system performance and enhancements. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Workday HRMS system, including upgrades, patches, and system configuration, while collaborating with functional leads and stakeholders. The analyst generates and maintains a variety of reports and queries, ensuring data accuracy and supporting business decisions. They also provide user training, develop documentation, and recommend process improvements or policy changes to optimize system use.

Preferred Experience Of The Workday HRIS Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM and Benefits modules
- Workday configuration experience
- Experience with Workday Sandbox for testing.
- Experience with Workday Reporting
- Experience with HRIS project management.
- Experience with Workday integrations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Workday Certifications
- Experience working for a company with a global Prescence
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives within HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
